The chemical hardener/densifier, Reis Fórmula®, was developed with the latest technology, given an excellent performance to the concrete, mortars, Freshly Finished Concrete (NEW) and Existing Concrete (OLD). Reis Formula combines sodium silicates, lithium silicates and catalytic agents.

Reis Fórmula® was created to harden the concrete surface in floors with heavy traffic and to give more abrasion resistance, increasing it by 40%, compared with an untreated concrete.

Reis Fórmula® is a liquid, clear, odorless, non-toxic and non-flammable, so it does not emit VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), fulfilling all international regulatory standards.

When the chemical hardener is applied in floors with cementitious based, it generates a chemical reaction with alkali and the free lime of the concrete, attaching strongly the loosen particles and filling gaps (pores), by crystallization, forming a single mass, solid and dense. Penetration and vitrification can reach up to 1/4 "(6mm), depending on the porosity of the concrete.

20 YEARS WARRANTY

After the appropriate application of Reis Formula®, the concrete surface will be structurally solid, sealed, dustproof and hardened by 20 years.

20 years* with emission of Warranty Certified issued REIS E REIS. The guarantee is restricted only against dust formation caused by the wear of the concrete surface due to traffic.
